Returns
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the day your purchase is delivered. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange or store credit. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the day your shipment was delivered, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
Exchange requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- Hair must be in original packaging
- Hair must be unused and unworn
- Hair must not be damaged
- Hair must not be unwrapped
- Hair must not be tampered with
- Hair must not be altered (brushed, combed picked, cut or washed)
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, after receiving your return and inspecting the conditions of your item. We will process your return or exchange Please allow at least 2-3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange or store credit.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Returning items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the hair properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the hair is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject an exchange. If your product is ineligible for a return we can send the package back to you at your expense.
Shipping Policy:
Orders will be processed in within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
We only ship orders on business days. (Monday- Friday)
All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS with signature confirmation.
It takes approximately 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping once your order has been processed. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
We only ship products to confirmed addresses. The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm.
Shipping inside the US may take 2-3 business days.
Supreme Hair Mafia is NOT responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you will have to contact USPS or UPS.
Supreme Hair Mafia does not hold responsibility for packages that have been delivered or are listed as “untraceable”.
Shipping Times + Cost:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days = $10
Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day = $30
Payment Terms
We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Your billing and shipping address must match to complete a transaction on this site.
What if my order is defective?
If a product is defective please send a photo of the defect along with a description to customer service at info@supremehairmafia.com and we will gladly help you to resolve the issue.
